Do the brands you sell produce their collections in factories in less developed countries?
Most of our items are crafted in the US or India, either by the designers themselves or under their close supervision. When production occurs elsewhere, we encourage our designers to collaborate with local artisans using traditional methods.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We ship orders nationwide! Shipping costs vary based on the state / city of the order.
Can my order be shipped to a work address?
Yes, simply provide the correct address at checkout.
I ordered two items from you - why am I receiving two separate parcels?
We can send one single item if preferred.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All orders are shipped with tracking, and the courier will require a signature or photo as proof of delivery. You can waive the signature with the courier, but Zasta Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage if this option is chosen.
How can I return my order if I change my mind?
To return your order, visit our Returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. For more information, visit our Returns page. You can also return your order to one of our stores.
Will my delivery fee be refunded if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the delivery fee for returns due to a change of mind.
How can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges. To change sizes, please place a new order and return your original item.

Payment
Will I have to make multiple payments for every item I want?
No, you will only need to make a single payment regardless of the number of items ordered.
What payment options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, and PayPal. We also offer Klarna and Afterpay in the US.
How does installment payments work with Klarna?
Klarna allows you to split your purchase into instalments. In the UK, payments are divided into four installments. Review and manage payments through the Klarna app.
How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
Afterpay splits your purchase into four payments, payable every two weeks. Select Afterpay at checkout and follow the prompts for an instant approval decision.

What is Account Credit?
Account Credit is a balance on your account that can be used for purchases at Zasta Studio.
How do I get Account Credit?
Account Credit may be issued for refunds or as a goodwill gesture.
How do I use my credit?
Use Account Credit online by entering your credit code at checkout or quoting the code in-store. It must be used in the original currency issued and with the associated email address.
How do I get a refund for an order purchased with Account Credit?

What should I do if the item I have received is faulty or damaged?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, inform our Customer Service team within 14 days via support@zastastudio.com. Include a photo and description of the fault for a return or replacement.
